Rules & Cancellation Policy
1. CHECK-IN FROM 2:00 PM - CHECK OUT UP TO 12:00 PM
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodations type. Check what conditions might apply to each option when making your selection.
3. CHILDREN & BEDS
Children aged 13 years and above are considered adults at this property and can’t be added as an extra guest must upgrade to a large category room. Children 6-12 years applies charge $10 per night includes access to standard amenities. Children under 6 are complementary. Sub-charge shall not be automatically applied in the total cost and shall be paid separately during your stay. Cribs and extra beds are not available at this property.
4. PETS
Pets are not allowed.
5. CARDS ACCEPTED AT THIS HOTEL
Noden Apartment accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold a sum prior to arrival. (Visa, Master & UnionPay).
6. SMOKE POLICY
Smoking is not allowed in the areas of this property. A penalty of USD 50 will be charged if guests are found smoking inside the property.
7. OTHERS
Guests are required to show a photo of national identification card and credit card upon check-in.

Noden Hotel & Apartment shall not be liable for the guest/s and/or the other occupants money, jewelry or other valuable belongings and shall not be liable for any loss or damages suffered by the guest/s and/or the other occupants in their rooms however caused in the use of the in-room safe, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, whether caused or arising by reasons of or on account of any failure, defect or malfunction of the safe or by reason of any act or omission whether on the part of the hotel or its servants or agents.
Guests are under the legal adult age of 18 years must show the written proof that they're the legal guardians or parents of such person or visitor.
The Hotel reserves the right to remove such person or visitor from the hotel at any time should guest fails to provide the appropriate proof as required.
